Virtual Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CRM systems, maintaining accurate data, coordinating social media activities, and assisting with property research.

This is a remote role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using Monday.com or similar CRM tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.

They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

A background in real estate or property-related industries is essential, and the candidate must be familiar with Wix and WordPress.

Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a reliable internet connection are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting
  • Coordinate social media activities
  • Assist with property research
  • Perform general administrative duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM related tools
  • Experience using Canva and VTiger
  • Familiarity with Wix and WordPress
  • Background in real estate or property-related industries
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
