Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead our design team in creating innovative and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Management
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives.
    • Manage the design process from planning requirements to delivery.
    • Oversee 3rd party design consultants to deliver quality plans on time.
  • Design Quality Review
    • Review designs for alignment with restaurant concepts and standards, adherence to codes and regulations.
    • Collaborate with in-house and 3rd party designers for interdisciplinary consistency.
    • Evaluate designs for code compliance (national and local) and brand/industry standards.
  • Application of Specialized Expertise
    • Apply knowledge of design management and planning for restaurants and site developments.
    • Integrate unique features into pre-set facade design concepts.
    • Resolve conflicts while maintaining design and business objectives.
  • Research and Development
    • Continuously research design innovations and cost efficiencies.
    • Stay updated on latest trends through benchmarking, research, competitor check, industry standards.
  • Construction Support
    • Provide timely and accurate response on design queries during construction phase.
    • Monitor construction progress on-site to ensure critical design elements are implemented correctly.
