Job description:

Architectural CAD Technician / CAD Designer/ CAD Operator with proven high quality CAD skills sought by an international based company This is an opportunity to join a market leading business with a high volume of work and impressive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in design/ construction documentation preparation.
  • Preparation of architectural/ construction drawing packages.
  • Create, and manage CAD drawings to a high standard of accuracy and in accordance with established company guidelines.
  • Collaborate information flow between design and production teams.

Basic requirements:

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural CAD Technician or CAD Designer.
  • Working knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines and Engineering Services Codes.
  • Ability to produce high-quality drawings and documentation through all project stages.
  • Background in Interior Design is a plus.
  • Philippine-based.

In this role you will work with a talented team of Architects, Technicians and Designers producing high quality documentation and design work on residential/ commercial projects. Interacting with Project Architects, Senior Designers and Design Director through the planning and construction drawing stages to ensure that clients have all information required to deliver high quality projects on time.
