The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is crucial for managing construction and fit-out renovations, and monitors project cost, timelines, and quality of works. This role is also responsible for managing projects that are being done by outsourced workforce (skilled workers) under the Planning and Design team, and partly manages the projects being done by Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.

What's The Role All About?

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ensures the successful delivery and completion of construction and fit-out projects by arranging and administering a pre-construction meeting with respective stakeholders and end-users to discuss specific scope of works and timelines for each project.

  • Managing the project workforce, sub-contractors, and contractors by monitoring project timelines, budget updates of project expenses, delivered materials and its inventory.

  • Creating detailed construction shop drawings & sketches so skilled workers can easily capture and understand the works that need to be done, and to enable them to expedite task completion

  • Provides budget cost for CAPEX project by estimating all budget costs for yearly proposed projects, specifically civil, architectural, and plumbing works.

  • Standardizing per square meter costs of all specialty projects, specifically architectural and plumbing works.

Ideally, a candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level of Architecture with PRC License/Registered Architecture, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Construction and project supervision.
