
Business Development Specialist

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-value leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting: Apply B2B sales strategies to identify and research prospects across target industries.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage lead data and track engagement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all lead interactions and activities.
- Communication: Communicate the value proposition of products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings and product demos using CRM-integrated scheduling tools.
- Alignment: Align lead generation efforts with sales and marketing strategies.
- Feedback: Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and CRM usage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs; Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent); Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills; Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems; Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
