Salesforce Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive our team's success in delivering cutting-edge projects with a global impact.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading senior software development teams and experience in web development, eCommerce projects, and debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.

The ideal candidate will be able to work on multiple tasks quickly, understand customer business needs and priorities, possess good English communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable with client-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing functional specifications and challenging requirements architecture
  • Ensuring the technical team follows principles and directions defined by the SA
  • Validating defects reported and providing guidance on priority and next steps
  • Monitoring implementation of best code review practices and escalating problems as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a senior role in software development teams
  • Experience with SFCC and web development
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and switch focus between them quickly
  • Understanding of customer business needs and priorities
  • Good English communication and presentation skills
