Job Title: Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead to join our team. This full-time WFH role based in Manila is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in Salesforce implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to go-live, providing technical support, solving complex technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • This includes collaborating with clients and internal teams, analyzing business requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and conducting training sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Salesforce implementation projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing expert technical support and resolving complex Salesforce-related issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Delivering effective training sessions to users and administrators.

In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as technical expertise in Salesforce configuration and implementation.

The following qualifications are essential:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical support experience and proficiency in Salesforce configuration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service and client relationship management.

Additionally, the ability to work on-site in Manila and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.

Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.
