Business Solutions Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce consultant to join our delivery team. This role involves contributing to end-to-end Salesforce implementations, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will play a key part in translating client requirements into functional solutions, collaborating with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful outcomes.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that requires strong configuration skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

You will be responsible for leading Salesforce configuration work, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and configuring Salesforce objects, flows, automations, and permissions aligned with best practices.

Additionally, you will support solution design sessions, assist with data preparation, migration, and user acceptance testing, and communicate delivery progress, blockers, and risks to the wider team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
