The Virtual Property Manager plays a pivotal role in driving our business forward. This individual takes ownership, stays organized, manages properties with a sense of proprietorship, and treats everyone with honesty, respect, and kindness.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Foster exceptional relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- New Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless setup of new properties in client software platforms, keeping new property owners informed and confident in our ability to manage their assets effectively.
- Lease Renewals: Implement detailed tracking and management of renewals to minimize vacancy and maximize revenue.
- Maintenance: Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing for all maintenance-related tasks.
- Tenant Management: Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices and other notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out procedures to maintain a smooth and efficient living environment.
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating and posting engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and online presence.
