Job Overview

This key role supports our operations manager in managing and maintaining a large portfolio of online business profiles and social media accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, schedule, and manage digital campaigns across various platforms.
  • Conduct campaign analysis and reporting using Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager.
  • Support search engine optimization (SEO) and content optimization strategies across web and social platforms.
  • Update and modify websites, including working with HTML and light web coding as needed.
  • Assist with e-commerce content, promotions, and product updates on Shopify.
Personal Support & Administration
  • Manage the director's calendar, schedule meetings, and track key deadlines.
  • Assist with email correspondence, task follow-ups, and day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and digital filing systems.
  • Support internal communication and coordination with franchisees and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
