Job Opportunity: Growth Marketing Expert

Growth marketing professionals play a vital role in driving business growth through data-driven strategies. This position involves assisting in the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels, monitoring campaign performance, and providing insights to inform future marketing decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Update trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics, such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Identify anomalies or underperformance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing, documenting test hypotheses, setups, and results.
  • Assist with competitive research and ad benchmarking.
  • Analyze past campaign results to identify takeaways and apply relevant insights to current programs.
  • Support performance recaps by gathering creative examples, screenshots, and reporting visuals across channels.
  • Help format seasonal insights and organize learnings into accessible, presentation-ready formats.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum one year of experience in marketing channels like paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, willing to support both executional tasks and operational needs.
