We're seeking a seasoned Account Executive to spearhead mid-market engagements for our Financial Services vertical.

This role is at the forefront of driving sales, leveraging RingCentral services and IP hardware to deliver value-based solutions to complex customers across the US and Canada.

  • You'll become the resident expert on our hosted VoIP platform, call management services, and UCaaS offerings.
  • Closing deals involving multiple executive-level stakeholders requires exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Developing a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies, and processes is crucial for success.
  • Managing pipeline, sales activity, and forecasting will help you meet and exceed quota.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling is essential.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, and VoIP).
  • A proven sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adopting a measured sales process.
  • Success prospecting, engaging, acquiring mid-market and enterprise-level customers requires strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to convey and relate ideas to others is vital.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly, is necessary for growth.
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude; willingness to perform and get things done.
  • BS degree, continued training, and education preferred.
  • Salesforce.com proficiency.
