We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Specialist to join our team at Lexie Staffing And Business Consulting. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Job Description

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer communications
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to seize opportunities to upsell products and services when applicable. This may involve identifying cross-selling opportunities and communicating with customers to provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a strong background in customer service and sales. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in CRM software and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

With an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000 based on location and experience, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract top talent.
