As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical queries via various communication channels (phone, email, in-person, remote access)
  • Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Troubleshoot all computer hardware and software issues, network and telephony issues
  • Manage user accounts with Active Directory and create and maintain user mailboxes and other user software accounts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have familiarity with JIRA ticketing systems, experience using Zendesk and/or Five9, and proficiency in proper onboarding and offboarding of machines with Azure Active Directory. Work experience in Microsoft 365 products is also essential.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on location and industry standards.
