Strata Management Position Overview

The role of Strata Manager Assistant at Cloudstaff involves managing day-to-day strata operations while ensuring compliance with WA legislation. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records in software such as Stratafy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily strata operations, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of Stratafy software.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile transactions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide excellent communication and support to stakeholders, including lot owners and committees.
  • Assist in establishing and improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure best practices in strata management are upheld.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in strata management with a focus on Western Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of WA strata legislation.
  • Experience in trust accounting and financial management within a strata context.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Stratafy software.
