Job Title: Parts Services Operations Specialist
Job Description:This role oversees strategic operations that drive profitability and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of growth strategies, identify and implement cost reduction opportunities, manage inventories and their accuracy, oversee all parts and service operations to ensure seamless performance, assign work based on technician strengths, and maintain an organized service job schedule.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role, with a demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster business growth. They will be proficient with computers and office/reporting systems, experienced with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter, and possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role; demonstrated ability to manage a team and foster business growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems; experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Non-Negotiables: Remote work setup; availability for Night Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PH Time); strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
