· Supervising and managing service technicians and staff

· Training and developing staff and keeping them informed of the latest automotive technologies and trends.

· Overseeing the inspection of vehicles and approving or disapproving repair requests

· Takes the lead in establishing and maintaining a good relationship with customers

· Addressing and resolving customer complaints regarding services and charges

· Manage the monitoring of inventory levels including ordering of needed parts and supplies.

· Suggests marketing strategies to promote after sales services

· Assuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction

· Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and environmental laws and regulations

· Setting and managing the budget for the service department

· Planning and organizing work schedules for the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
