Inventory Clerk

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Work Location: On-site

Job Summary

The Inventory Clerk ensures the accuracy and integrity of inventory movement records within the system. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient inventory operations and supporting backend documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and record all incoming deliveries accurately and promptly in the system
  • Monitor and document store-to-store transfers
  • Track and verify completeness of pending and released Return to Vendor (RTV) documents
  • Ensure proper documentation of RTV releases and bad order (BO) disposals
  • Safeguard backend stamps and maintain secure handling procedures
  • Submit required reports and documents on time
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Computer Applications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in clerical tasks such as data entry and inventory management
