We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform invoice validation based on standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze and log exception items during invoice matching.
  • Enter good invoices in the ERP or log exceptions with relevant details.
Logged Invoices (Invoice with Issue) Clearing:
  • Research, investigate, and gather information to clear logged invoices.
  • Communicate logged invoices to responsible department or site contacts.
  • Monitor and follow through the resolution of logged items with different department or site contacts.
  • Recommend solution and provide status report on logged items.
Month-end closing support:
  • Clear exception items in the AP dashboard.
  • Troubleshoot or coordinate exception items with responsible department/team.
  • Reconcile AP subledger and general ledger, analyze, and account for any difference.
  • Prepare accrual of expenses.
Manage Accounts Payable:
  • Be the key point of contact in Accounts Payable during audit.
  • Monitor AP accounts of assigned site/operating unit, ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Manage AP related inquiries and concerns for assigned site/operating unit/mailbox.
AP Logging and Aging:
  • Manage Goods Received No Invoice (GRNI).
  • Monitor supplier accounts using various reports.
Operations Support:
  • Mentor/guide invoice processors.
  • Co-lead Continuous Improvement Meeting/Huddles for assigned site/operating unit.
  • Back-up support for Team Lead.
