Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of accounting processes and controls, and experience working in a fast-paced shared services or multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review financial documents, including invoices and payment requests, to ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors via various methods, such as wire transfers and checks.
  • Perform regular vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting.
  • Monitor aging of payables and ensure appropriate follow-ups and escalations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in accounts payable or procure-to-pay processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations.
