Site Administrator

The Site Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth administrative operation of a construction site. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site procurement, HR support, accounting processes, and document control functions. Acting as the administrative backbone of the project, the Site Administrator supports both field operations and coordination with head office departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, accurate record-keeping, and timely reporting.
A. Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, HR Management, or related field.
- Additional certifications or training in procurement, HR, or document control are an advantage.
B. Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative experience in a construction or project-based environment.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: procurement, HR, accounting, or document control.
- Familiarity with construction operations and site procedures is preferred.
