Job Overview

The role entails spearheading project management services to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of infrastructure and environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present comprehensive documentation for long-term projects, including approvals, statements of work, project charters, budgets, policies, and procedures
  • Manage projects from inception to closure for infrastructure and environmental projects, encompassing new construction, recapitalization, and environmental assessment and remediation
  • Facilitate decision-making processes within organizations by preparing business case analyses, functional space programming, and other supporting documents
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications to expedite decision-making
  • Participate in procurement planning and develop tender documents
  • Coordinate consultant activities
  • Act as a representative for the project director or manager, exercising delegated authority
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, industry partners, and Client-Partner organizations
  • Ensure quality standards are met, aligning with corporate and Client-Partner expectations
Requirements:
  • College diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related field, accompanied by four years' relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications
  • University degree in one of the aforementioned fields, along with additional training in project management
Working Conditions:
  • Typical office environment with occasional travel requirements
  • Some work may be conducted on construction sites; the incumbent may occasionally be required to wear basic safety equipment
