Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support and manage IT infrastructure and transition projects across our operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating IT projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and client transition projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT Ops, ISG, Risk, Business) and external clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, risk logs, and handover reports.
  • Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support site IT managers in executing internal IT initiatives such as server/network refreshes, telephony upgrades, and cloud transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security policies and adhere to Risk guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
  • Assist in resource planning and coordination for ongoing and upcoming IT transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, security, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and internet-based tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
