Job Description:
A Document Controller is a vital role at ASCOF Construction Inc., ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and management of documents. This position is responsible for maintaining organized and updated documents, adhering to company procedures and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and storage of documents in physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate the distribution of project-related documents to internal teams.
- Review and update documents to maintain quality and control.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Handle records across various departments.
- Participate in ISO activities and support the company's goals in achieving conformity to international standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
