**Job Title:** Administrative Support Specialist
**Job Summary:** Nityo Infotech Services Philippines is looking to hire an Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support in office operations.
**Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tasks such as handling attendance, managing testers, organizing meetings, and coordinating correspondence.
- Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining organizational effectiveness and supporting the team.
- Provide general administrative support, including schedule management, document preparation and management, and team support.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bank exposure is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to be flexible with location.
**Location:** Alabang, Muntinlupa (Onsite) | Willing to report at BGC Taguig if needed
**Salary:** Php 35,000 + complete benefits
