**Job Title:** Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Summary:** Nityo Infotech Services Philippines is looking to hire an Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support in office operations.

**Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tasks such as handling attendance, managing testers, organizing meetings, and coordinating correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining organizational effectiveness and supporting the team.
  • Provide general administrative support, including schedule management, document preparation and management, and team support.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bank exposure is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to be flexible with location.

**Location:** Alabang, Muntinlupa (Onsite) | Willing to report at BGC Taguig if needed
**Salary:** Php 35,000 + complete benefits
