Job Description

The Learning Experience Designer – eLearning plays a pivotal role in managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. This position identifies client problems and resource availability, gathering information and course elements from various sources.

Responsibilities
  • Analysis:
    • Determine client requirements and identify primary and secondary learning objectives.
    • Gather information and content from members, internal departments, subject matter experts, research institutions, and other sources.
  • Design:
    • Create engaging templates for content: decks, one-pagers, and simulators.
    • Select optimum design and development process considering available resources and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design storyboards.
  • Development:
    • Develop according to agreed development process (ADDIE, SAM).
    • Utilize multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Audacity to develop content elements like images, videos, and audio.
    • Apply gamification and scenario-based learning principles in materials.
    • Ensure contents are peer reviewed and approved internally before presenting to clients.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout all stages of the project, ensuring proper communication.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Ensure tasks and project deliverables are executed and submitted on agreed schedules.
