Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled learning program developer to create best-in-class training content for learners in various roles. This mid-senior level position is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying learning experiences in partnership with learning team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging course content and learning activities using recognized models, with continuous evaluation and improvement cycles.
  • Identify effective delivery methods for meeting learning objectives and adapt instructional materials as needed.
  • Author training material using authoring tools, including Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and our Learning Management System.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and methods related to adult learning theory and learning technologies.
  • Develop diverse course content, including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses, and live virtual learning experiences.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of instructional design, from needs assessment to implementation and evaluation.
Leadership Skills:
  • Contribute to the development of learning standards, templates, and best practices within our organization.
  • Create prototypes, gather feedback, and modify learning experiences to better align with specific needs and intended outcomes.
  • Take initiative, identify problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
  • Motivated by challenges, with a positive outlook, a bias for solutions, and a willingness to roll up sleeves and take on new tasks.
Accountability:
  • Prioritize ownership, follow-through, quality, and time management in all projects.
  • Partner with LMS administrators and operations stakeholders to maintain learning content and knowledge management repositories.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and accountability, with strong attention to detail and organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborate with team members and product/program owners to identify expected outcomes and formats of learning experiences.
