Design Visionary

We are seeking a skilled Sr. UI UX Designer to spearhead the creation of exceptional digital experiences that balance user needs with business objectives.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality designs for websites, web applications, and mobile applications. Your expertise in best practices will ensure that our products and services are intuitive, cohesive, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Work on multiple digital projects simultaneously, including websites, apps, interactive media, and other user-centric products.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement user-centered design strategies that align with project goals, brand guidelines, and customer expectations.
  • Support the entire UX/UI design process, from concept and wireframing to prototyping and final design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a reputable creative agency, technology company, or in-house design team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of user-centric design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, CSS.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, user research methods, and accessibility standards.
  • Good grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, grid systems, and attention to detail.
