Learning Interactions Specialist Position

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting immersive and effective learning experiences that cater to our clients' needs.

The responsibilities of this position include designing and developing interactive e-learning content using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create instructional materials that meet the demands of our clients. Your expertise in visual design principles will enable you to craft visually appealing and engaging content. Additionally, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning development is essential for success in this position.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent qualification (not required). A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a related field is necessary, with training delivery experience being an advantage. Experience in developing instructional materials and creating static and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud programs is also highly valued. The ability to learn new software/hardware quickly and a background in computer programming are desirable but not mandatory.
