Financial Transactions Manager Job

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the financial transactions of our property portfolio with precision. This role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of invoices, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for various properties using accounting software.
  2. Analyze financial reports and statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Process accounts payable/receivable, and handle tenant billing efficiently.
  4. Maintain accurate records for tenants and owners, ensuring data integrity.
  5. Support budget preparation and forecasting efforts by analyzing financial data.
  6. Stay up-to-date with tax laws and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  7. Utilize accounting software for effective bookkeeping and reporting.
Requirements:
  1. Proven expertise in using accounting software effectively.
  2. Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles and best practices.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, to collaborate with stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
