Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to provide administrative and operational support to our leadership team. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, internal team schedules, and client meetings
  • Coordinate service calls and ensure preparation of meeting agendas and notes
  • Track recurring projects and milestones to align with IT deliverables

Responsibilities include scheduling and coordination, client communication and support, administrative support, operations and reporting, and qualitative analysis.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of administrative or virtual assistant experience in IT or professional services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field preferred
