Sales Territory Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team at Thunder Automotive Parts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the CALABARZON region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to travel throughout the region to visit customers and prospects, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:• Closing new deals at a high rate.• Building relationships with existing customers.• Cultivating new leads within the sales territory.• Traveling throughout the territory and visiting customers on a recurring basis.• Managing multiple accounts simultaneously.• Maintaining records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.• Representing the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.• Educating customers on how products can benefit them financially and professionally.• Monitoring the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.• Developing new sales strategies and models.• Evaluating sales strategies' effectiveness.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.• Hardworking and service-oriented.• Analytical and negotiation skills; detail-oriented.• Time management; Self-starting; dependability.• Communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).• Computer skills (Office and Business applications).
