As a Key Account Territory Sales Manager at CENTRO-MED ENTERPRISES, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing efforts on assigned territories. Your primary objective is to attain 100% sales performance month on month, which requires maximum effort and commitment.
To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for performing assigned sales and marketing activities on a monthly basis. This includes regularly preparing and submitting sales forecasts, collecting duties on assigned territories, and delivering services as agreed upon. You will also focus on servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
Your success in this role will depend on your ability to adjust the content of sales presentations based on the type of sales outlet or trade factor. You must also study existing and potential volume of customers to focus sales efforts effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting orders, keeping management informed through activity reports, and monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. You will also resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports. Furthermore, you will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
