Job Overview

This role involves supporting digital credentials and a learning lab within the ASEAN region.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, and have experience in learning and development.

They should also be agile, adaptable, and able to learn new processes and skills quickly.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support EY's digital credentials and the ASEAN Learning Lab.
  • Participate in planning, coordination, and execution of career development programs and initiatives across various platforms and functions for ASEAN.
  • Assist in social media strategy projects and initiatives to market EY Badges effectively via internal digital media.
  • Execute campaign branding videos to increase awareness of EY Badges across campaigns.
  • Conduct research on the efficacy of EY Badge learning programs.

Requirements
  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in business or HR related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of progressive experience.
  • Experience in learning and development is desired.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to learn new processes and skills quickly.
  • Strong team player with the ability to coordinate and work as one team.
