Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting personalized walkthrough sessions with clients via remote access tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily walkthrough sessions with clients to guide them through platform features and job-seeking activities.
  • Prepare customized training approaches for different client scenarios and document common questions and solutions.
  • Provide clear, step-by-step instructions during live sessions and ensure clients understand and can independently use tools post-session.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Proven training or teaching experience (corporate setting preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and job search tools.
  • A track record of delivering clear technical instructions.
  • Professional video presence and presentation skills.

Work Setup:

  • Remote position.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters. 40 hours per week.
