Job Title:

Disaster Response Specialist

Job Overview:

MCI specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs. We are seeking agents to work as needed in response to disaster relief efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve customer experience, providing exceptional solutions to simple requests.
  • Apply the latest customer service techniques and learn account management systems.
  • Assist customers with service inquiries and escalate dissatisfaction to proper channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation.
  • Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
