About the Role

This position plays a crucial part in our efforts to prevent youth crime through sports-based initiatives in Southeast Asia.

We seek an individual with a deep understanding of community development and a passion for using sports as a tool for positive change. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of holistic community crime prevention projects, collaborating with local stakeholders, and leveraging the power of sport to build safer, more resilient communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement community-based crime prevention programs utilizing sports as a key component.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and sustainability.
  • Analyze project data and evaluate outcomes to inform future program improvements.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a relevant field (community development, criminology, sports management) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in community development, crime prevention, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of community dynamics and the role of sports in preventing youth crime.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Possessability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
