Job Overview

The Home-Based Marketing Assistant will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. This role requires passion for marketing, high organizational skills and eagerness to contribute to various marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.
  • Content Creation Support: Assist content efforts by writing copy for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Social Media Account Management: Assist in managing company social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends and analytics.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials inventory.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
