Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in a professional role.
- Excellent project management and process execution skills, with ability to handle complex cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
- Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn), proficient with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
- Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
