Customer Success Partner

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and satisfaction through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and partners alike. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, retain, and evolve partner ecosystem in APJ
  • Champion Akamai priorities with stakeholders while maintaining trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders and field sales teams
  • Define partner-specific enablement plan based on combined Akamai and partner's sales strategy for application security, zero-trust security, and compute
  • Lead revenue acquisition by evangelizing Akamai technology to existing and prospective partners
  • Execute channel programs to maximize business returns
