About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. As the ideal candidate, you will oversee inquiries, resolve issues, and support clients throughout their journey with us.

The successful candidate will have strong experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative culture. You will also possess excellent communication skills for engaging clients and teams, as well as problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Train and develop team members for optimal performance.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority customer issues, resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Monitor customer interactions and feedback for trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

  • Drive initiatives for customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in customer service, with 2+ years in leadership or management.
  • Strong experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and teams.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM tools.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and building client relationships.
  • Prior creative or design-driven experience is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
