Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with insurance companies to initiate claims, determine liability, and confirm coverage.">
  • Facilitate the resolution of property damage claims.">
  • Coordinate with medical providers to monitor treatment plans and gather medical/billing records.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.">
  • Collaborate with attorneys to support the management and resolution of client cases.">

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Case Manager at a law firm is required.">
  • Familiarity with Medicare regulations and insurance claims procedures.">
  • Previous experience in personal injury law is essential.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.">
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.">
