Objective:
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Case Manager to provide critical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the services and resources necessary to improve their well-being and resolve their cases efficiently.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct thorough client assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.">
- Communicate with insurance companies to initiate claims, determine liability, and confirm coverage.">
- Facilitate the resolution of property damage claims.">
- Coordinate with medical providers to monitor treatment plans and gather medical/billing records.">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.">
- Collaborate with attorneys to support the management and resolution of client cases.">
Qualifications:
">- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Case Manager at a law firm is required.">
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and insurance claims procedures.">
- Previous experience in personal injury law is essential.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.">
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.">
