Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Customer Advocate to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints regarding their products and services. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to meet customer needs, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to provide accurate, valid, and complete information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  2. Communication Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels (including Slack).
  3. Client Information Management: Record and maintain detailed client information, ensuring excellent client relations and problem resolution.
  4. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate visits with nurses, guaranteeing accurate and timely appointments.
  5. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Update paperwork, maintain records, and perform data entry using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and internal databases.
  6. Payment Processing: Process payments via platforms such as Stripe and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  7. Event Coordination: Assist with coordinating events and special initiatives as needed.
  8. Supply Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain supply inventory.
  9. Multitasking: Utilize multiple screens and perform tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  10. Problem Resolution: Track problems and ensure they are properly prioritized, documented, tracked, and resolved.
  11. Process Improvement: Evaluate opportunities for continuous process improvement.

  • Call Center Experience: Experience in call center environments and sales is highly valued.

Prompt and punctual, comfortable with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack), quick typing skills, and experience managing tasks across multiple screens are preferred skills.
