Key Responsibilities

  • Account Health & Performance: Review and monitor account data, regularly report updates on health and performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Act as internal QA resource for clients, identify order issues and lead timely corrections per client specifications.
  • Client Support: Work with Support and Operations to drive corrective actions for clients.
  • CRM Utilization: Use a CRM system to manage client interactions and track updates.
