Job Title: Technical Product Manager – Development Excellence

This is a high-level, fast-paced role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive product development projects from concept to launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product from concept to design, specification, implementation, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced innovative environment or significant technical management experience. A total of 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, developer experience, software development innovation, engineering tooling products, developer lifecycle management across large organizations is also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product from concept to design, specification, implementation, and analysis
  • Gather and synthesize requirements and input from multiple stakeholders
  • Lead in-person conversations with internal customers to understand users, priorities, and feature considerations
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills to drive product development projects from concept to launch
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to make decisions
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to figure things out

Relocation to Bangkok, Thailand may be required, with relocation support provided.
