Job Description

We are looking for a Product Advocate to join our team. As a Product Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging deep product expertise and strong communication skills.

Your primary goal is to provide technical and product support to customers in digital and voice channels, ensuring they have the best possible understanding of our products.

You will be working closely with our internal teams to stay up-to-date on product changes, new features, and integrations, expanding your knowledge and expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Asking thoughtful questions to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Staying informed about product updates and proactively sharing this knowledge with customers.

This role requires:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in tech Customer Support or Technical Support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a empathetic approach.
  • Proficiency in using support tools, including live chat and ticketing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet key performance metrics.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience analyzing customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Salesforce, and REST API integrations.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of integration and filtering systems.
