Key Role in our Organisation


As a Quality Manager, you will play a key role in championing quality within the organisation. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and improving our purpose-built Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.


Responsibilities include:

  • Championing quality across the organisation to meet corporate mission objectives.
  • Maintaining and improving the QMS to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing audit programs and plans, conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in company processes and systems, and working with subject matter experts to drive implementation.
  • Managing CAPA related activities to prevent nonconformities and product defects.
  • Providing guidance on regulatory requirements and industry standards for product development, including ISO 14971, IEC 60812 and ISO 31000.
  • Facilitating risk management and product validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring quality control for medical device development, meeting CE MDR, FDA and TGA regulations and standards.
  • Managing calibration of test and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitoring supplier quality and performance, selecting and evaluating suppliers, and managing actions arising from goods inspection.
  • Developing and delivering training on QMS processes and policies, promoting QMS regulatory requirements to all staff.

Minimum Requirements


To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A relevant qualification from a reputable educational institution.
  • At least 5 years' experience in quality management or a similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, as well as regulatory requirements for product development.
  • Understanding of production/manufacturing processes and ability to communicate effectively with suppliers.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications


Additional qualifications include:

  • ISO 17955 Lead Auditor certification.
  • Quality management experience in product design and development.

This is a remote position based in Manila, with options for permanent full-time or contract employment.
