Strategic Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the development of our product suite, driving strategic growth and innovation.

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the overall product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure effective product decision-making.
  • Engineering Partnership: Represent product in engineering meetings, working closely with developers to prioritize features, resolve trade-offs, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Customer Insight & Market Analysis: Conduct thorough customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and drive adoption.
  • Go-to-Market Partnership: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish key performance indicators, analyze usage and adoption metrics, and optimize the product based on insights.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution. You will define the product roadmap, represent product in engineering meetings, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success.


Requirements
  • Fluent English: You should be fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management/ownership, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or marketplaces.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong experience working closely with engineering teams; ability to understand software architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
  • Commercial Savvy: Background in sales/marketing, with proven ability to align product strategy with revenue growth and customer needs.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Execution Focus: Proven track record of delivering complex digital products from concept through to launch and growth.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with ability to zoom out on vision while drilling down into detail.
  • Communication Expertise: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to represent product both internally and externally.
  • Awareness of Agile Development:, product discovery, and roadmap prioritisation frameworks.
  • Previous Leadership Experience: In a scaling SaaS company.
