**Business Growth Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the HR industry.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our client base in Canada and Saudi Arabia.
  • Cultivate relationships with HR managers and business owners through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Present our HR services confidently and effectively to potential clients.
  • Manage CRM records, pipeline status, and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the HR industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Strong sales discipline and follow-up mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
