Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our reporting efforts, overseeing the development of strategic dashboards and managing a team of data analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain advanced data visualizations in Power BI, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Manage a team of 5-10 data professionals, ensuring consistency in reporting and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Conduct regular audits to enforce data quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in reporting or data leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and SQL, with the ability to develop and maintain complex databases.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present to executives and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools, such as Slack and Asana, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
